中美贸易战可能的三种结局

   2018年7月，地球上两个最大的经济体之间的商业冲突爆发升级，许多观察员对此表示惊讶。

   众所周知，美国（和其他西方大国）试图整合中国市场时，一直在抱怨某些经济失衡和这些国家企业的一些缺点。

   然而，并没有人预料到特朗普总统的惊人举措。

   目前，美国已经大幅提高了对中国大量产品的进口关税，并威胁会将更多的产品列入这个已经很长的清单。

   中国也采取了类似的行动，但考虑到美国的贸易逆差，其反应范围更为有限，并可能扩大到其他领域。

   不管贸易战是否合理(在某种程度上，我们认为是合理的)，你无需是自由市场的忠实拥趸，也能理解其潜在的损害是巨大的。

   因此，我们应该展望未来，想象一下这场冲突可能如何结局。换句话说，可能怎样的情形？分别会是怎样的后果？最重要的是，每种情况的概率是多少?

   我们预测有以下3种结局：

   结局1：全面贸易战

   特朗普和习近平都不想谈判，也不想关税和其他非关税壁垒上升到中国企业无法在美国采取行动的地步。 反之亦然。
   这两个经济体（以及世界经济）都将付出巨额代价：价格上涨、生产和利润下降、企业倒闭和就业率直线下降。

   世界范围内无数行业的供应链都发生了巨大的变化， 这可能吗？ 不可能，因为各方的成本都将无限提高， 我们怎么能允许这种情况的发生？
   两国领导人都表现出不愿寻求谈判，但是会转向其它争议解决组织，比如20国集团峰会(G20)这样的国际论坛。

   结局2：新的现状

   冲突结束了，暂时的关税被取消，一切都恢复了正常，但有一个明显的赢家：东南亚。在那里，已经转移到全球供应链的大部分产业
   就中国而言，它将会继续注重提高自身竞争力，以避免过多的依赖西方供应商，尤其是在技术领域。

   这可能吗？很有可能，特别是在短期内，因为两国都注意到了贸易战带来的损害，而且有越来越多的声音呼吁结束这场战争
   我们怎能允许它持续升级？社会各界的演说，商务论坛，舆论也都导向促使政府部门会朝此种结局发展。

   结局3：一个新的商业框架

   谈判达成了一项协议，双方都做出了让步，并在知识产权、市场准入和提高监管透明度方面做出了改变。
   这是可能的吗？答案是肯定的，但在短期内不太能实现，至少在特朗普总统任期内不太可能实现。
   中国也想通过开创先例来确保自己不会给世界留下不好的印象。
   我们如何能眼睁睁看着贸易战一直打？在许多层面和许多领域进行了多轮谈判，各国不断对话，并逐渐达成协议。
